Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have the perfect light for every shoot. We offer a transparent return process to ensure your studio setup meets your creative standards.

Eligibility for Returns: You may return unused, defect-free items in their original, factory-sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process: Please contact our support team with your order number. Once we verify the condition of the lighting equipment, we will provide you with instructions for the return shipment.
Refund Methodology: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method via our API-based digital service platform. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or does not match your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, show signs of damage, or are returned without the original packaging are not eligible for a refund due to the technical nature of our studio gear.
